Until Weeks 6-7 the model outputs are directional, but useful

The Arizona State offense (#58) isn't very good. I mean they are not Utah or OSU level bad, but being 10th in your conference isn't good; even if your conference found themseleves all ranked in the top 30. The Pac12 isn't so this isn't good. Manny Wilkins getting hurt didn't help, but lets not kid ourselves, ASU was already bad before that happened. UCLA is going to be a huge step up in class for this offense as ASU has one of the worst Offensive Strengths of Schedule in the NCAA.

ASU is actually pretty good at Drive Efficiency. They have found ways to string together drives without great yards per play and turn them into points. That is all.

ASU isn't good at Play Efficiency, Explosive Drives, or preventing Negative Drives. They are terrible on 3rd down and at preventing D-plus Plays. This offense isn't good at so many things. Brady White is going to have hope to survive back there against an extremely strong, fast, and talented UCLA defense.

UCLA's defense (#12) is really good and freakishly athletic. I am not sure if you put these guys on offense and let Tom Bradley call the plays that they might not rank better than UCLA's offense. They struggled at times with Arizona's absurdly fast, yest still large human, QBs. Brady White or a less than 100% Manny Wilkins are not going to present that kind of challenge for UCLA.

UCLA is absurdly good at Play Efficiency, containing Explosive Drives, and creating Negative Drives. The make you try to go the length of the field while limiting your yards per play, keeping you from breaking out, and forcing you into 3 and outs. Oh and they are good on 3rd down.

UCLA isn't good at Drive Efficiency or D-plus Plays. They don't blitz a lot, so they can give up some drives. Their D-line seems to be more effective at stuffing the run than getting to the QB. They can absolutely clean some of this up as the year goes on and get deep into the top 10 defenses in the country. Good luck mini-Grahams.
